1- Use of color- The artist used cool tones in a majority of the painting except the flowers. He used the cool colors on everything that is poor, showing despair. He uses the warm colors on the flowers which is an item of the rich. This shows hoe the artist thinks higher of the rich than of the poor.
2- Positioning- The artist put the items of the rich in the foreground(flowers), giving them more importance and putting more emphasis than the poorer items in the background. This shows that the artist thinks higher of the rich.
S- There is a woman holding two children and a young girl standing with flowers in front of her. All of these characters are in the street.
N- The narrator has a bias against poor people because he is showing that poor people are less happy and more desperate than rich people.
A- The audience is rich, white people that have the money to buy this painting.
P- The painter is trying to convince people that poorer people have a harder life than rich people.
